JNL 1241
Designed to perform at high pressure and high temperature, our JNL 1241 ensures a long-lasting sealing on pipelines and equipment carrying oil, gas, and other hydrocarbons. This is a robust, and high-performance compound specifically developed to resist up to 700°C and 240 bar. Its balanced viscosity allows smooth injection while forming a stable sealing matrix that withstands mechanical stress and chemical exposure typical of these environments.

JNL 1241B
When sealing operations require both precision and structure, JNL1241B is the compound of choice. Less fluid than JNL1241, it contains fine black particles that improve its mechanical resistance and help compensate for surface irregularities between the leak sealing enclosure and the pipe. This makes it the ideal option for hydrocarbon and by-pass applications where minor misalignments or imperfect surfaces can compromise sealing quality.
The reinforced body of JNL1241B provides mechanical adjustment capability while maintaining reliable sealing performance under high pressure and temperature.
JNL 1241B+
When conditions get extreme, JNL1241B+ is built to take on the challenge. Our most robust green sealant, it’s engineered for large-volume injections, severely damaged or corroded pipelines, and by-pass systems exposed to hydrocarbons. Thanks to its large granular fillers and higher density, JNL1241B+ creates a strong mechanical barrier that locks the compound inside the metallic enclosure.
This ensures the sealant remains stable, even under high vibration, temperature cycles, or chemical stress.
Perfect for corroded pipes, deformed housings, or large cavities, JNL1241B+ builds a solid internal structure that guarantees a durable, leak-free seal, even in the harshest hydrocarbon environments.
JNL 1241F
Its fiber-enriched formulation offers superior cohesion and flexibility, making it particularly effective for valve joints, flange connections, and complex geometries subject to mechanical stress or pressure fluctuations.
