In the course of its relationship with the client, PETROSEAL may collect personal data and use it in various automated processing operations.

This personal data protection policy applies to any natural person connected with PETROSEAL, in particular as a client, legal representative, and/or authorised representative of the client.

This right does not include either derived data or inferred data, which are personal data created by PETROSEAL.

When the data processing we carry out is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. We will then cease processing your personal data, without affecting any operations previously carried out with your consent.

Your right to lodge a complaint:

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés) in France, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
