Colmex
Our colmex serie is a system composed of a cylindrical shell divided into two parts, internally coated with an elastomer. The shell can be cut to size to fit the position on the leak. The elastomer is then compressed over the pipe using three heavy-duty hose clamps. Three kinds of elastomers are available and cover over 550 medias. This is a fast and effective repair solution to resorb leaks on medium pressure pipes.
Premex
This is our ready-to-use range of enclosures. Basically, the leak is stopped by tightening the linking studs and thus compressing the premoulded compound over and along the pipe. PREMEX are available for straight and elbow 90° pipes and cover a wide range of diameters. Ideal for emergency repairs, our PREMEX serie is delivered “ready to be installed” within 30 minutes: neither previous manufacturing in workshop nor on-site welding or compound injection is required.
